Carefree, Arizona · Since the Boulders were young
A little room off Cave Creek Road where the pizza comes out of a wood fire and the pasta is made by hand — the way Alberto learned it in Rome.
Wood-fired pizza · House pasta & bread · Eleven tables · Tue–Sat from 4
A note from Caden Partners
A true Carefree institution — decades of wood-fired pizza and hand-made pasta a stone's throw from the Boulders. We noticed the current site is an older template, and there isn't an Instagram or Facebook page yet — so we went ahead and built a new site and a full month of social, to give Alberto the presence the food already deserves.
Nothing here is a pitch deck of promises. Everything on this page is real and already made, on your brand — a warm Roman trattoria, not ours. Scroll through it, and if it feels right, we make it yours.
Section one
Built for a phone first — the way most people find you — and drawn in your own colors: Roman red, cream, and gold, with a serif that feels like a proper trattoria. Here's the homepage.
Carefree, Arizona
Pizza from the fire, pasta and bread made fresh each afternoon — an intimate, romantic room of eleven tables.
Our story
Alberto Liani was born and raised in Rome, and he brought the city's cooking with him — the wood-fired dough, the pasta rolled by hand, the bread that comes out warm. For decades this little room near the Boulders has stayed exactly what it is: small, honest, and made with care.

Fully responsive, fast, and yours to keep — with a real "Reserve" and click-to-call built in.
Section two
A full month, planned and written for you — nine posts that tell the Rome story, show the fire, and make the food impossible to scroll past. Here's the grid.
Captions written, posts scheduled, comments answered — a Facebook page runs alongside it. You never touch it.
Section three
Once a month, a warm note to your regulars — a reason to come back this week. Written and sent for you, in your brand.
There's a certain hour in Carefree — the light goes gold over the Boulders, the wood fire's already warm, and the first pizzas of the night slide in. It's our favorite time to see you.
This month we're rolling extra tagliatelle by hand and keeping a few of our eleven tables open for you. Come hungry.
Wood-fired Margherita, house carbonara the true Roman way, and warm bread straight from the oven. Reservations are the safest bet in a room this small.
Alberto learned all of this in Rome, and he's been cooking it here for decades. We'd love to have you back.
